Sílvia Almeida, MSc., is a Clinical Psychologist and Researcher at the Champalimaud Foundation, with specialized training in Neuropsychology and Psychotherapy. She has extensive experience in the assessment of cancer-related cognitive impairment and is currently pursuing a PhD focused on depression in patients with cancer, with particular interest in its assessment and affective determinants.

Her clinical and research work bridges health psychology, neuropsychology, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. She is also an Assistant Lecturer in Psychological Assessment at ISPA – Instituto Universitário de Ciências Psicológicas, Sociais e da Vida (Lisbon, Portugal).
