World Physical Activity Day is on 6 April, and we’re celebrating it with a walk on 12 April.

Research shows that every step counts: increasing your daily steps, even by 2,000 at a time, is linked to meaningful reductions in the risk of death and chronic disease.

The Champalimaud Foundation (CF), invites you to join on a walk from Cordoaria Nacional to Praça do Império, and go the extra mile to the CF. The event will finish with a stretching session led by CF’s Exercise Oncology Hub team.

More than a walk, it’s a chance to move, connect and enjoy a unique riverside setting.
