
Eva Batista, MD
Eva Batista, MD, is a Medical Doctor and Breast Radiologist at the Breast Unit of the Champalimaud Foundation in Lisbon, Portugal, where she has served since 2013. Her clinical work includes diagnostic imaging, interventional procedures, and follow-up care for breast cancer patients.
Actively involved in research, she has contributed to studies on pre-operative axillary lymph node marking to improve surgical precision and is part of a program focused on reducing the impact of chronic conditions in breast cancer patients. In recognition of her work, she received a Clinical Research Scholar Award in 2021 from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
