Rogelio Luna, MD is a breast surgeon fully dedicated to the Breast Unit of the Champalimaud Foundation, Lisbon/Portugal. From 2019 to 2023 he has been president of the Breast Surgeons Spanish Association (AECIMA). Currently vice-president of the Spanish & Portuguese association of Breast Surgeons (AEPCIMA). Chair of the Breast Surgical Congress that was held in Lisbon May 4th-5th 2023.

His main focus are remote supervision of Breast Surgical techniques and application of artificial intelligence programs (DCSS) to define therapeutic strategies. Instructor of different Courses for training oncoplastic and breast reconstruction techniques. He is the PI of the Flow and BreastAltegy studies
